Return Policy

   Your complete satisfaction is our goal! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to refund or exchange any item within the timeframes and conditions outlined below. Please contact us before returning any items.

We will accept order cancellations within 30 days of the purchase date on most items sold at The WoodShop, with the exception of Discontinued items, custom orders, and as-is merchandise. Orders cancelled or returned after the 30 days will be charged a cancellation and/or restocking fee equal to 25% of the total order. Orders cancelled after shipment will be charged a cancellation and/or restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned in original carton or package with all parts. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
